NEW YORK – A recent survey by the YouGov Brand Index showed that among a group of nearly 30 leading QSR brands, Jimmy John’s and Chipotle experienced the most customer loyalty over the past six months.

According to an article in Marketing Daily, the research analyzed purchase consideration rates for the close-to 30 QSR brands, among existing customers — those who had patronized a chain within the past 30 days. Among Millennials who had patronized Jimmy John’s, 83% of them said they would consider eating there again the next time they were looking to dine out.

Chipotle was a very close second, at 82%, followed by Chick-Fil-A (78%), Whataburger (76%), Subway (73%), Wendy’s (70%), Arby's and Long John Silvers (tied at 69%), Hardee's (65%), and Taco Bell, KFC and Jack in the Box (tied at 64%). Burger King and McDonald's ranked relatively low at 63% and 62%, respectively.
