CARY, NC – Kangaroo Express announced earlier this week that its Salute Our Troops fundraising campaigned raised $172,109 for the Enlisted Association of National Guard of Tennessee Auxiliary Soldier Airman Relief Fund (EASARF), providing monetary assistance to Tennessee National Guardsmen who are in economic need.

Kangaroo Express will present the donation to EASARF today at 1 pm at the EASARF headquarters in Nashville, Tennessee.

“Funds donated from Kangaroo Express Salute Our Troops campaigns consistently allows EANGTN the opportunity to assist ever more National Guard soldiers and their families in times of need,” said EASARF president Betty Redmond. “The steadfast commitment of Kangaroo Express and its generous guests continues to support our organization’s mission to assist local service members and their families when they need it most.”

Over the past three summers, Kangaroo Express has donated a total of $293,109 to EASARF through the Salute Our Troops campaign. Last year, EASARF was able to assist 194 soldiers and airmen.
