Sheetz Adds Two New Stores in Two Different States

Convenience retailer welcomed customers at a new store in Pennsylvania and North Carolina.

ALTOONA, Pa. – Family owned and operated Sheetz announced two new store openings taking place on August 25 in Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, and Garner, North Carolina.

The new stores will welcome customers with a special offer of free self-served coffee for a limited time. Both locations will be open 24/7, and combined offer more than 50 new full- and part-time job opportunities.

During the grand opening ceremony at each store, Sheetz is donating $2,500 to Special Olympics Pennsylvania and North Carolina. As a proud supporter of Special Olympics for more than two decades, Sheetz extends its support through finance, product and event volunteers.

Since 2005, Sheetz has also partnered with Make-A-Wish Foundation, granting more than 400 wishes that send families and their seriously ill children on a dream vacation to Walt Disney World. During the Christmas season, Sheetz For The Kidz is an annual event where Sheetz Family Charities has helped more than 93,500 children since 1992, raising $21.6 million to provide underprivileged kids with new clothes, toys and necessities.
