ALEXANDRIA, VA - NACS Show Exhibitors are invited to participate in the NACS Show Expo To Go Video Contest. It is a creative, fun and free way for exhibitors to generate pre-Show awareness about their company and drive even more traffic to their booth.

"We have some of the most creative and compelling companies in the world exhibiting at the NACS Show," commented Bob Hughes, vice president of expositions and supplier relations at NACS. "This contest will give them all an inexpensive and unique way to generate awareness and leads before we even arrive in Atlanta. I encourage all of our exhibitors to get out their cameras and start filming."

The contest challenges exhibitors to create a 30-second video that showcases "Why NACS Show attendees should visit my booth."

The videos will be judged in two ways. Fifty percent of the total score will be earned by receiving the most online viewers. Exhibitors are encouraged to send this link to clients, customers and anyone they want to see their video. The more views received, the higher the chances are of winning. A retailer panel will award the remaining 50 percent based on creativity, message clarity and relevance, motivation and inspiration and overall impact.

The winning video will receive:

  • Free placement at NACS Online and the NACS Show website during the week of October 4 to 11.
  • Special posting in the video section of the NACS Show mobile app
  • Inclusion in a pre-Show e-mail to all attendees
  • Recognition in a NACS Daily e-newsletter article announcing the winner
  • Announcement on all NACS social media outlets

"I am very excited about the contest as well because it gives NACS Show attendees a way to preview some of the most innovative convenience store concepts prior to the Show," commented Stephanie Robert, NACS director of event marketing and communications.

Get started on your video today! Be creative, have fun and work hard to produce the best 30-second ad you can! The deadline to submit the video is 5:00 pm EDT on August 27. Good luck!
