Grocery Server, ShopSavvy Target Mobile Customers With Grocery Deals

WATERLOO, Ontario - ShopSavvy has partnered with Grocery Server to bring specific grocery deals, incentives and coupons to the mobile shopping assistant??s 11 million users, Progressive Grocer reports. "ShopSavvy users are saving every day on consumer electronics, DVDs, books, video games, toys and other retail categories," said John Boyd, co-founder and vice president of business development for ShopSavvy.

"This partnership extends our leadership to the grocery category, where our shoppers are demanding better information on grocery products and new opportunities to save using the latest technology. The partnership will enable ShopSavvy registrants to scan grocery items for price comparisons and current coupons and deals for that item either at that store or a nearby supermarket.
