Rutter’s Takes the Cannoli… and Short Ribs

New items added to the chain’s award-winning foodservice program.

YORK, Pa. – Dining at Rutter’s is a little more succulent and dessert a little sweeter, with the addition of beef short ribs and cannolis to the chain’s award-winning menu. 

The all-beef short ribs are slathered with Sweet Baby Ray’s Barbecue sauce and oven-baked, with two, three or four ribs to an order. The ribs are prepared individually as each customer makes their order. For dessert, Rutter’s customers now have the option to order cannolis, sold two per serving. 

“We think these items not only taste delicious, but also provide our customers an exceptional value,” said Jerry Weiner Rutter’s vice president of foodservice. “They’re also a unique item to a c-store menu and we love giving our customers items they can’t find anywhere else.”
