HORTON, Mich. – Little Caesars is throwing its hat into the breakfast arena by testing a new breakfast sandwich dubbed the pizzini, reports MLive.com.

The news source notes that about 10 locations are testing the breakfast sandwich, including one location in Horton, Michigan, located in the same building as a BP convenience store. “With constant business at the gas station, it made sense to have a breakfast option available,” writes MLive.com.

“The people that we get in the door, they love it,” said the Little Caesars manager, Gary Summers. “I've got repeat customers that come in. It's just getting them in to try it. The usual consumer doesn't correlate breakfast with Little Caesars.”

Breakfast is available from 6:30 am to 10:30 am, and the pizzini features three options: egg and cheese; bacon, egg and cheese; and sausage, egg and cheese. “I was skeptical when I first heard,” Summers told the news source, adding, “Breakfast, really? But when I tried it, I was like 'Ooh, it's a great product.' People that try it, they come back.”
