YORK, PA - Rutter??s announced earlier this week the June winners in its Register, Scan and Win contest.

Winners for the ongoing, monthly contest, which began in October 2009, are drawn from a pool of customers who scan their registered Rutter??s Rewards card.

"Customers who register their rewards card provide us with valuable information about buying habits and demographics, but it also allows us to show our appreciation to our loyal customers," said Jeffrey Leedy, chief customer officer at Rutter??s.

Joshua Welty of Red Lion, Pennsylvania, was one of 900 winners in the June drawing. He walked away with a free month of gas; other prizes included free car washes, milkshakes and coffee.

Rutter??s Rewards cards are available at all Rutter??s convenience stores and can be managed online as well as via Rutter??s smartphone app.
