Hats Off for Official NACS Show Ambassadors

NACS Show Ambassadors enjoy some of the best networking opportunities at the NACS Show.

July 17, 2013

ALEXANDRIA, Va. – NACS Show Ambassadors, a program of the NACS Supplier Board, offer exhibiting suppliers an opportunity to help attendees find their way around the upcoming NACS Show, October 12-15 in Atlanta.

Ambassadors greet and guide retailers through the entire NACS Show experience — from getting off the shuttle, through registration, to educational sessions, general sessions and continue through the evening receptions. This position gives suppliers unique visibility, recognition and the opportunities to meet buyers face-to-face outside of their expo booth.

NACS provides ambassador companies with special recognition:

  • Company logo is placed on the NACS Ambassador Board, located in a highly visible area in the convention center.
  • Recognition in the Show’s onsite Program & Directory.
  • Identifying sign for exhibiting companies to place in their booth indicating their participation in the program.

Each volunteer signs up to work one or more 30-minute assignment(s) during non-exhibit hours. The areas in which volunteers serve include registration, bus drop-off areas, education sessions and general sessions.
