NEW YORK - Last week foursquare announced that it reached 10 million users ?" up from just 1 million users in August 2010 ?" with three convenience store chains leading the way.

On its blog, foursquare cited 7-Eleven, Circle K and Wawa as the top convenience store chains where users "check in" the most.

Other businesses with the most check-ins in their respective categories were: Target (retail), Old Navy (apparel), Bank of America (banks) and Home Depot (home-related).

NACS is a foursquare user and has been "checking in" at Ideas 2 Go locations this summer. More to come!
