ROMULUS, MI - RKA Petroleum Companies Inc. (RKA) announced that Scott Steiner, director of national accounts, was selected by Women In Trucking (WIT) to lead its fuel industry expert forum, "Ask the Fuel Expert."

As a result of the partnership, Steiner and RKA have begun providing advice regarding fuel quality, alternative fuels, fuel pricing, risk management and fuel supply logistics on WIT's website.

"This is a wonderful opportunity for me to assist with RKA??s efforts to give back to the trucking and logistics industry by providing useful information to help businesses make smarter fuel decisions, ones that save both money and time, especially in a challenging economy," Steiner said.

Steiner joined RKA in 2009 after spending 12 years with BP Oil Company. He holds a BA in Business Communications from Illinois Wesleyan University.
