ALEXANDRIA, VA – This week
is “NACS Show Week” — with every day featuring news about prominent and
influential NACS Show General Session speakers, surprises we can’t wait to
share with you about the expo or networking events entirely new to the NACS
Show.
Here’s our last big
announcement this week: planning your NACS Show visit is now easier — and
more rewarding!
This year’s NACS Show takes place October 12 to 15 at the
Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta. A total of 1,050 companies are
exhibiting at the 2013 NACS Show — of which 150-plus companies are first-time
exhibitors.
As you plan your visit, you may be asking, “Outside of the Show
hours, what is there to see and do in Atlanta? What are the dining options? Are
there any special deals available?”
Problem solved. Today we’re introducing a unique website
application that can make your planning easier, enhance your visit to Atlanta
and provide special offers for NACS Show attendees. From nacsshow.com, view the "Prepare" panel. There, you’ll see the link for ‘While in Atlanta.’ Clicking on
that link offers you a host of options, including “Dining,” “Things to Do,” “Transportation”
and “Hotels.”
NACS is also partnering with the city of Atlanta to provide
deals and discounts for NACS Show attendees. At the “Special Offers” icon,
you’ll find “CityPASS,” a booklet of admission tickets to Atlanta's must-see attractions. Atlanta “CityPASS” includes the Georgia Aquarium, World
of Coca-Cola, Inside CNN Tour; ZOO Atlanta and more.
Also included is the “Savings
in the City” program, which gives you other great discounts and special offers
to make the most out of your trip to Atlanta. Offers are available on your
desktop (for print), and on your mobile phone.
Super saver registration for the 2013 NACS Show is now open
at nacsshow.com. Once registered, as you
plan your trip — or even once you’ve arrived in the city — our new Atlanta web
application can help make your visit more enjoyable and more productive — and
may even help you save a few dollars while you’re there.
We’ll see you at the NACS Show.
