ALEXANDRIA, Va. – The NACS Executive Leadership Program for emerging convenience store leaders assists senior executives in attaining the leadership skills needed to successfully respond to the challenges of a competitive marketplace. Only 10 spots remain for this year’s program, which takes place on the campus of Ivy League Cornell University, August 3-7. Registration will close June 6, so register today!

This powerful program offers individuals taking on key leadership positions in your company the opportunity to develop their leadership skills, which can translate into high performance teams. Participants will learn from prestigious faculty members of the Charles H. Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management (ranked fifth in Bloomberg BusinessWeek’s rankings of undergraduate business programs), the Johnson Graduate School of Management, as well as from top leaders from within the convenience and fuel retailing industry.

New to the program for 2014 is industry icon Howard Stoeckel, vice chairman of Wawa Inc., who will deliver his perspective on servant leadership. His day-long segment will guide attendees in his philosophy on serving employees first, based on examples from his own career with Wawa and other industry-leading companies.

In addition to the invaluable opportunity to learn from the personal experience of top industry leaders, participants in the five-day program will participate in 360-Degree Feedback Assessments and individual coaching sessions provided by faculty of Cornell's Johnson School of Management.

High potential individuals from NACS Retail Member Companies will not want to miss out unique learning experience! For more information, contact Carolyn Schnare. Class size is limited and enrollment is available only to individuals from NACS Retail Member Companies — register today.
