Cumberland Farms offers its team members many perks and programs, including free beverages throughout the workday and an additional discount on gas when they use SmartPay, its fuel discount and loyalty program.

The company is often praised for its tuition reimbursement, which offers full time team members the eligibility to receive over $5,250 annually ($2,625 for part time team members), as well as its health-care coverage, which requires just 30 hours per week for part time team members to qualify for insurance.
