FDA to Host Compliance Training Webinars for Tobacco Retailers

Webinars will provide retailers with FDA compliance training information while providing interactive Q&A sessions.

WASHINGTON: The FDA Center for Tobacco Products announced that it will host a series of one-hour webinars addressing federal tobacco regulations, providing retailers with FDA compliance training information while providing interactive opportunities with Q&A sessions.

Upcoming 2011 Webinars (all times 1 p.m. EDT)

  • Warning Letters & Civil Money Penalties: April 26
  • Topics TBA: May 18, June 28, July 26 and September 20

Registration is free and no prior reservation is required, though to obtain the webinar link and call-in information, interested parties should sign up to receive e-mail updates. Participants are encouraged to test their computer connections prior to the meeting.

To submit questions during the webinar, use the "Q&A" box on your computer screen or e-mail questions to askCTP@fda.hhs.gov.

Archived versions of the webinar will be available on the FDA??s website.
