ALEXANDRIA, Va. – This summer, convenience industry experts from around the world will meet in Berlin and London for NACS Insight Convenience Summit – Europe. A significant component of this annual event is the International Convenience Retail Awards program, recognizing excellence in convenience retailing. Beginning today,you can vote for award finalists, up until May 1. The 2015 awards honor retailers and individuals in our industry in four categories:

• The International Convenience Retailer of the Year Award
• The International Convenience Retail Sustainability Award (new for 2015)
• The European Convenience Industry Leader of the Year Award
• The International Technology Retailer of the Year (new for 2015)

Individuals from retailers, manufacturers or third party suppliers to the convenience store and fuel industry are eligible to vote on favorites from among the 15 entries competing this year. A shortlist will be decided by the votes cast, then an international judging panel comprised of respected industry leaders will convene to evaluate the entries and select winners from the popular-vote shortlist.

On June 10-11, award entrants will showcase their stores and innovations live at the 2015 NACS Insight Convenience Summit – Europe conference in London and the year’s winners will be announced at a gala ceremony on the evening of June 11 at a NACS Insight Awards Dinner at the St Pancras Renaissance Hotel in London.
