NACS Offers Webinar on FDA Tobacco Compliance

Webinar to help retailers stay abreast of the current tobacco regulatory landscape and FDA compliance.

ALEXANDRIA, Va. - The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is preparing to enact new regulations governing the retail sales of tobacco products, as authorized by Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act. NACS is engaged with the FDA to ensure that convenience retailers are well represented in the process. However, retailers should be aware of the current and future regulations that will affect their businesses.

To help retailers stay on top of the tobacco regulatory landscape, NACS is hosting a webinar on March 22 at 2:00 p.m. EST. This webinar, presented by NACS regulatory experts, will outline retailer regulations that are currently in effect as well as preview those that are coming.
