QuickChek Debuts Mobile Ordering App

The app allows customers to place orders for its foodservice offerings via smartphone.

WHITEHOUSE STATION, N.J. – QuickChek has announced that customers can now place orders in advance through their smartphones. They can order freshly prepared breakfast menu items, salads and custom-made subs through the QuickChek mobile app. Orders can be picked up at any of the fresh convenience market chain’s 142 locations throughout New Jersey, New York’s Hudson Valley and Long Island.

Orders may be placed between 5:00 am and 10:00 pm, and customers can select their desired pick-up time. Orders will be prepared to coincide with the time of pickup, ensuring freshness and correct temperatures.

“Our new mobile ordering enables us to provide even greater convenience for our on-the-go customers,” said QuickChek CEO Dean Durling, in a press release. “We feel this new service will add to the experience our customers enjoy as they can now customize their meal exactly as they like it without waiting on line.”

The company has received numerous technology implementation and innovation awards from the convenience industry as it continues to meet the changing needs and habits of today’s consumers while enhancing customer experience and loyalty. “Customers have told us that quality food, speedily delivered by friendly team members, is of the utmost importance,” Durling said.

He also noted that consumers have been receiving coupons and messages on the company’s latest deals and promotions through the fresh convenience market chain’s app for the past year, allowing them to save money daily. Stores also have designated areas for customers to pick up their orders.
