ALEXANDRIA, Va. – Convenience retail operators from around the globe are invited to showcase their innovations by entering the 2015 NACS Insight International Convenience Retail Awards. Retailers have just four weeks remaining to submit entries for this year’s competition, ahead of the March 27, 2015 deadline.
Now in their seventh year, the International Convenience Retail Awards have become a highlight of the retail calendar and a global platform that recognizes and promotes convenience retailing excellence and innovation. This year’s awards are sponsored by Coca-Cola, Imperial Tobacco and PepsiCo.
Convenience and fuel retailers from all countries compete to win these highly coveted awards. Last year’s winners included Rutter's, Couche-Tard and Musgrave Centra.
Awards Trio
Retailers will compete for three 2015 award categories:
- International Convenience Retailer of the Year
- European Convenience Industry Leader
- International Convenience Retail Sustainability Award (new for 2015)
The NACS Insight Awards offer convenience retailers from around the world the opportunity to showcase innovation and creativity both within their businesses and to the broad international marketplace.
Convenience retailers from any country in the world and all retail sectors can submit entries. Third parties, such as supplier partners, advertising agencies, design agencies and PR agencies are also welcome, but they must have the approval of the retailer on whose behalf they are submitting.
The deadline for all award entries is March 27, 2015.
Awards Dinner and Ceremony
Awards will be presented during a celebratory ceremony and dinner that will take place at The St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel in London on the evening of June 11 as part of the 2015 NACS Insight Convenience Summit – Europe.
