CANTON, MA – Dunkin’ Donuts earlier this week launched a national loyalty program, DD Perks Rewards, Mobile Payments Today reports.

The program offers customers points for each purchase that can be redeemed for free beverages. By early February, the program will be integrated into the Dunkin’ Mobile App for mobile payment.

The DD Perks program awards customers five points for every dollar they spend on qualifying purchases when they pay using an enrolled Dunkin’ Donuts Card (plastic of digital). After 200 points, the customer receives a coupon for a free medium beverage of choice.

The program will also offer customers personalized offers to earn bonus points based on specific food and beverage purchases.

"We are excited to launch our new DD Perks Rewards program to reward our guests for their loyal business in a fast and convenient way. We want to recognize our best guests for their allegiance to our brand by creating a robust loyalty program unsurpassed in QSR," said John Costello, Dunkin' Brands president, global marketing and innovation. "Following the very successful launch of our Dunkin' Mobile App, our enhanced DD Perks Rewards program is an important milestone in our ongoing commitment to engage with our guests and provide a superior customer experience."
