NACS TV Wins MarCom Awards

The NACS TV broadcast at the 2010 NACS Show picks up multiple awards from the Association of Marketing and Communications Professionals.

ARLINGTON, TX - The NACS TV broadcast at the 2010 NACS Show has been recognized with multiple MarCom Awards.

The "Day 2" broadcast from the NACS Show, which included pre-produced pieces and coverage from the opening general session and first day of the expo, earned a Platinum Award in the "Special Event" category, a Gold Award in the "Video/Film/Informational" category and an Honorable Mention in the "Video/Film/Internal Communication" category.

The MarCom Awards are sponsored by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals. The international organization consists of several thousand marketing, communication, advertising, public relations, media production and free-lance professionals.

The MarCom competition has grown to perhaps the largest of its kind in the world with about 5,000 entries per year. Entries come from corporate marketing and communication departments, advertising agencies, PR firms, design shops, production companies and freelancers.
